As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping couples navigate challenges and deepen their connection through compassionate, evidence-based counseling. I also offer specialized support in perinatal mental health, working with individuals and couples through the emotional complexities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
